Senior Hamas official, Osama Hamdan, takes credit for the recognition of a Palestinian state in an interview with the Lebanese channel Al Mayadeen:


The recognition of a Palestinian state is a step in the right direction and was achieved thanks to "Tufan Al-Aqsa"  (Al-Aqsa Storm, the October 7th attack - AA)

Hamdan also noted that, contrary to the report by the American Fox News network a few days ago, no messages/letters have been sent by Hamas to the US President since the Israeli attack in Qatar.


Hamdan adds that anyone who thinks Hamas will fold and present concessions on its part is deluding themselves. According to him, the resistance is not weakening; it is only growing stronger as time passes.
